A PALE-YELLOW colour with green highlights, the bubbles are thin, lively and strong. The nose reveals notes of white flowers and citrus fruits. The palate perfectly reveals its freshness. The entry is dominated by the freshness, and delicate notes of flowers and lemon confirm the aromatic youth which is subtly made up for notes of brioche and pastries. The whole gets mixed up and develops a pure and long-lasting finish.

Serve it between 6° and 8°C. It will be perfect for your aperitifs or with seafood such as oysters and crustaceans.
