Grape variety: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Meunier, Pinot Blanc et Petit Meslier
Terroir: Vallée de la Marne
Vineyard: Partial Clos l’Arpent in Oeuilly
Vine management: Sustainable viticulture – HVE
Vinification: Direct pressing of the whole harvest with juice separation and detachment from the auto pressing. Cold racking on the juices, alcoholic fermentation under temperature control and 100% of vinification in Burgundy oak barrel. Without Malolactic fermentation.
Blending: L238B Harvest 2010
Ageing and dosage: The bottles are aged on lees for 72 months minimum. Each cuvée is disgorged 12 months before delivery, from a special liqueur: MCR type (Mout Concentré Rectifié) with 4 gr/L.
Available sizes: Bottle (0.75cl) with box.

An exceptional Cuvée with a slightly golden yellow color. The bubble is lively and persistent. The nose is composed of citrus fruits, white fruits and dried almonds. On the palate, the attack is frank and direct on notes of white fruits, infusions with spicy and peppery notes. The finish is long and persistent.

To taste with a carpaccio of St Jacques or a bread with marinated salmon and horseradish
